Creating a stylized headshot

Most days, I’m not really a fan of looking in the mirror. To be fair, I only limit it to right after I wake up (I’ve got CRAZY morning hair!), or after I’ve gotten dirty from work, cycling, or just the heat of the summer. But, as a professional, a headshot is mandatory. As a photographer, a great headshot is essential. After all, if I can’t create my own stellar headshot, who is going to ask me to create theirs?

As so, here is the process I used to get that fine-art headshot.
